When I heard that someone had figured out how to fry a Snickers bar, I realized how proud I was to be an American. People like to talk about major achievements like putting a man on the moon, but let’s face it: Most of us aren’t cut out for that kind of greatness. As one of my political science professors put it, “Some of the happiest times in my life have been the least productive.” That’s what Chicken Fried Everything is all about.
